Metro Community Housing Association is now Mosaic Community Homes

Support today for wellness tomorrow.

We believe that everyone deserves a place where they feel safe, supported, and respected. Through person-directed housing and mental health supports, we help people live independently and thrive in the communities they call home.

Services that support people where they are.

We offer three main types of support — Independent Living Support Services for those ready to live independently; Community Homes Support Services for those who benefit from on-site staff and structured care; and Home Share Support Services that allow people to live in their own home either with a live-in Home Share Provider, or to move in with a person or family that meets the provincial and Mosaic requirements AND their wants and needs.

Independent Living Support Services

Independent living with support. Participants live in their own homes or apartments with flexible help to stay stable, confident, and connected in the community.

Community Homes Support Services

Safe, staffed homes for adults who need daily support. Each home provides structure, care, and a sense of belonging on the path to wellness and independence.

Home Share Support Services

Shared living arrangements where a person seeking support gets to choose where they want to live with a screened and approved Home Share Provider of their choice.
