Home Share Support Services
Support for you in a home of your choosing
Home Share settings are supported and monitored by Mosaic, the coordinating organization. The person supported may live in their own home with a live-in Home Share Provider, or more often, they may move in with a person or family that meets the provincial and Mosaic requirements AND their wants and needs.
A community for you
This is a community-based model of support that allows for a high degree of individualization and choice, and which has high Quality of Life outcomes. We encourage you to reach out if you are interested in being supported through our Home Share program, or if you would like to learn more, or apply to become a Home Share Provider.
