Community Homes
Our community homes are welcoming shared spaces for up to 4 adults. Each home has on-site staff support with hours and assistance levels tailored to individual needs.
Community Transition Home
The Community Transition Home (CTH) is a specialized setting operated in partnership with the Department of Opportunities & Social Development and the East Coast Forensic Hospital. These homes help adults safely transition from hospital back into the community.
Complex Care Homes
These homes serve adults with significant or multiple mental health challenges who need higher levels of support. Staff are specially trained to provide therapeutic, compassionate care in a safe environment.
