We are a community‑based registered charity that provides supportive homes for adults living with mental wellness challenges. Our commitment is to support self-determination, personal growth, and quality of life. We provide care rooted in transparency, accountability, and trust, while creating safe, inclusive homes where everyone belongs. Through strong partnerships and meaningful connections, we work together to build supportive communities where people can thrive.
Our history
Serving Nova Scotians since 1974. Mosaic Community Housing Association has been providing support services to the mental health community for over 50 years. Based in the HRM, we serve participants across Nova Scotia.
We deliver person-directed homes and supports that empower individuals to live independently while feeling safe, respected, and connected.
Our name Mosaic reflects our belief in diversity and belonging, and that many unique people and stories can come together to form something beautiful and whole. It echoes our commitment to inclusion, community connection, and the belief that everyone deserves a place where they fit and can flourish.
